Individual volunteer opportunities are available at our Glenwood ReStore Monday through Saturday every week from 9:30am to 4:30pm.
The Glenwood Springs ReStore is one of the premiere ReStores in the country and is the economic engine for Habitat for Humanity Roaring Fork Valley. We receive amazing donations from all over the valley so we always need help arranging, organizing, displaying and cleaning the treasures you will find in our store.
You do not need retail experience to volunteer at the ReStore, will teach you what you need to know. You may be working inside or outside depending on the task, so please wear sturdy shoes, dress in layers, and bring a water bottle. Also please bring your own lunch unless you have been told that lunch is provided on the specific day you signed up for.
Please click on VOLUNTEER, create an account or log-in if you already set up an account, then register for the day(s) you would like to work at the ReStore.
When you arrive to work, please check in at front desk. Staff will ask you to sign-in then they will get you set up for a fun and rewarding day of volunteering.
If you are unable to work on a day you signed up for, please cancel the shift. This will help our crew know how many volunteers to expect.
If you would like to schedule a Team Day for a group, help a homebuyer meet their homeowner contribution requirements, or volunteer to build homes at our Wapiti Commons construction site in Rifle, please contact Carolyn Meadowcroft by phone at 970-379-4880, or email carolynm@habitatroaringfork.org for more information.
We look forward to working with you. Thank you for your support of affordable housing in our community!
